Divorce conciliation case: a father client successfully settled the disputes on getting a divorce with parental authority over kids by in court conciliation negotiation
The client, who was a father of three minor kids, suspected his wife's adultery with her colleague at her workplace, because his wife began to come home late at night or early morning after her alleged business trips and he mainly took care of his kids for their daily lives and his kids were supporter of their father. Finally, the client's wife disappeared from her home and separated from the client. Then the client came to us for our advice about his claiming for getting a divorce from his wife.
We assisted the client to file a petition for a divorce conciliation procedure against his wife with request of his having parental authorities over kids after divorce. In response to the divorce conciliation filing, the client's wife filed a petition for a conciliation procedure claiming for sharing the living costs and the client's wife's case was merged to the divorce case. After about a half year's negotiation, the client settled the disputes by in court agreement with his wife regarding getting a divorce with his parental authorities over kids as well as child support money payments, properties distributions and visitations by his ex-wife.
